About LR Services
LR Services LLC is an independent Dynamics consultancy working with companies running Business Central and with the Microsoft Partners who implement it. We are deliberately small. The people you meet at the start are the people who do the work.
The standard consulting model puts experienced people in the sales meeting and less experienced people on the delivery. We do not have the headcount to do that even if we wanted to, which turns out to be an advantage. The consultant who scopes your work is the consultant who does it.
Being independent also shapes the advice. We are not carrying a license quota, so there is no version of a recommendation here that is quietly about seat count. When configuration solves it, we configure. When the honest answer is that you do not need the project you called about, we tell you and lose the revenue, because the alternative costs more in the long run than one project is worth.
The last part is documentation. Every engagement leaves behind a written record of what exists and why: the environment, the extensions, the integrations and the decisions. If you ever change consultants, including away from us, that record goes with you.
A small senior team leads the work and stays on it. Between them, our consultants cover the full arc of an engagement: architecture-level technical work and code review, Business Central delivery, and the engagement management that keeps scope written down and commitments tracked. Behind the senior consultants sits a development team whose skills reach past Business Central, which is what lets us take on a whole application rather than only the part that lives inside the ERP.
Several of our team members are full stack developers. Alongside the firm's Business Central depth, that means we can build a complete application rather than only the part that sits inside the ERP: the interface people use, the logic and database behind it, and the deployment that keeps the thing running once it is live.
In practice it is the reason a customer portal, an internal web tool or a mobile-friendly screen for the shop floor is a project we take on end to end instead of subcontracting the half we cannot do. One team owns the whole path, including the seam between the web application and Business Central, which is where these projects usually go wrong when two suppliers meet at it.
It also changes how the Business Central work gets scoped. When a requirement does not belong inside the ERP, we can say so and still solve it, rather than bending an extension into a shape it was never meant to hold.
Our footprint covers North American business hours and gives us a European-aligned team as well, which is how we support international rollouts and overnight work without pretending that one office can cover the globe.
